Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing PS Workcrafts. We take pride in offering high-quality signage and custom branding solutions. Since most of our products are custom-made, please review our Refund & Return Policy carefully.


1. Custom Orders (Non-Refundable / No Return)

Most products we manufacture are customized based on the customer’s size, design, and material selection.
Therefore, once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned.

This applies to:

  • 3D Acrylic Letters

  • LED / Neon Sign Boards

  • Custom Nameplates

  • Branding & Printing Materials

  • Any personalized or made-to-order product


2. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before design approval and before production starts.

  • Once the design is approved, the advance payment is non-refundable.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged item due to shipping or manufacturing error:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • Provide clear photos / video of the damage.

  • We will inspect and provide a repair or replacement, depending on the situation.

Please note:
Damage caused due to installation, mishandling, weather exposure, or physical impact is not covered.


4. No Refunds for Delays

We try to deliver within the promised timeline, but delays may occur due to:

  • Material availability

  • Weather conditions

  • Technical issues

  • Third-party logistics delays

In such cases, refunds are not applicable, but we ensure completion as soon as possible.
